Published on:

Your scalp is an extension of your face that gets equally exposed to environmental stressors and other factors. Like face masks help to release toxins from the face, while they nourish the skin, hair masks also have the same function for your scalp and hair. The scalp’s skin is more delicate, and it has more sebaceous glands and hair follicles with a lower barrier function as compared to the skin on the rest of the body. To help you achieve healthy, long and lustrous hair, read along as Forest Essentials’ Ayurveda Expert decodes the best hair masks for every hair type.
