Soundarya Club Terms and Conditions
- The Forest Essentials Soundarya Program ("Soundarya Program") is a free rewards program offered by Forest Essentials to its customers located in India. Membership in the Soundarya Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
- The Soundarya Program is applicable at all exclusive stores and Forest Essentials' website, within India.
- Points can be earned and burned at participating stores and Forest Essentials' website only.
- Forest Essentials reserves the right to terminate the Soundarya Program at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice and won’t be liable for any credit of amount to consumers against their points balance.
- Promotional purchases like gifts with purchases, offers, or coupons will not be eligible for points accrual, but they will be eligible for tier upgrades.
- Spend points will expire in 1 year from the date of earning.
- Milestone points and other bonus points like profile update, referral, review & feedback will expire in 15 days from the date of earning.
- Birthday points will expire in 7 days from the date of earning.
- Loyalty points will only be applicable for purchases done after enrolment in the Soundarya Program.
- Transfer of points amongst Soundarya Club members will not be allowed or permitted in any manner.
- Points earned in the Soundarya Program cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Consumers will have to share their personal details to enrol in the Soundarya Program. Forest Essentials will ensure that these details are kept secure as per the Privacy Policy available at https://www.forestessentialsindia.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy.
- Forest Essentials will not be responsible for any incorrectly filled applications. In all such cases, the applicant will have to reshare the details with the store staff or on the website, the case may be. Otherwise, the application will become ineligible.
- Soundarya Club points accrued during a particular transaction can in no event be redeemed against the same transaction.
- Forest Essentials reserves the sole right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the Soundarya Club benefits, rules, regulations, eligibility of the Membership or any other feature of a particular tier as well as the terms and conditions of the Soundarya Program.
- Forest Essentials is authorised to debit the account of Soundarya Club members for any redemption as well as if points are credited incorrectly. The member would be informed about the same.
- The Membership is non-transferrable and non-assignable and any such transfer/assignment by the member shall be void and not binding on Forest Essentials.
- The applicant hereby authorises Forest Essentials to use the information collected by it during enrolment in the Soundarya Program, for marketing and communication purposes, solely to enhance performance of the Soundarya Club.
- The Membership does not ensure any preferential treatment or additional privileges, other than the schemes and offers announced for consumers from time to time.
- All disputes and differences relating to the Soundarya Club are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi court.
- Forest Essentials reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and/or liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Soundarya Program by another program, whether similar to this Soundarya Program or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Forest Essentials is authorised to take any administrative and/or legal action against a Soundarya Club member in the event of the Soundarya Club member carrying out and/or attempting any fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, forgery, or abuse of the Membership or of the regards and benefits under the Soundarya Program. This shall include without limitation, forfeiture of the accumulated Soundarya Club points and related rewards and could even result in the cancellation of the Membership.
