Q: 1. What is Soundarya Club?
Soundarya Club is a loyalty program for Forest Essentials customers. The program rewards your spending with the brand, both online at www.forestessentialsindia.com and at our exclusive stores across India.
It is a tier-based program, which depends on your spending in a year from your date of enrollment. You are awarded a tier depending on your spending, i.e., Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The tier slabs are explained below.
Q: 2. How does the Soundarya membership work?
You can enroll in the Forest Essentials Soundarya Program by completing purchases worth Rs.5,000 with the brand, either online or in retail stores. On achieving this milestone, you move to our Bronze tier and are officially a member of the program. You can then earn points on your purchases. The program rewards you for achieving various milestones across your shopping journey with us. The rewards increase in each tier as you move up.
You can redeem points earned on your purchases for various rewards and use them as Rupee value discounts on your store or online purchases. Customers can also participate in various brand loyalty offers to earn more points. Below are the benefits and rewards across various tiers:

Q: 3. What are the tiers in the Soundarya Program?
There are 4 tiers in the Soundarya program - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Q: 4. How can I become a member of Soundarya Club?
Online Registration Process:
1. Click on Account section on the website
2. Click on Create An Account
3. Fill in your personal details along with Email ID and Mobile number
4. Click on Soundarya Club on left menu or top right corner of the webpage
5. Click on Verify Your Account Now
6. Read and click Agree to program T&C’s
7. Click on Join Now
8. Your Soundarya Club account will get created
9. Now you can shop and enjoy your benefits
*You need to verify the account before proceeding ahead for shopping or else points will not get credited
Offline Registration Process:
1. Share your Email ID and Contact number with the Store Staff
2. Provide your consent for receiving SMS, Email and WhatsApp notifications
3. Provide any other details requested by the store staff
4. Provide Registration Confirmation OTP to the store staff
5. Your Soundarya Club account is now ready
6. Shop and enjoy your benefits
Q: 5. How do I earn points?
You are eligible to earn points once you complete purchases worth Rs.5,000 with the brand and all these transactions have been registered with the same mobile number and email ID. Adding points or merging points earned against different mobile numbers and/or email IDs is not permitted.
Please ensure you share your registered mobile number and email ID with the store staff or during your online checkout process for the points to be accrued to your account successfully.
In addition to this, you can also earn points by participating in various point-based offers released by the brand at regular intervals.
Q: 6. How long are my points valid for?
Your points are valid for 180 days from the date you earn those points. For example, if an eligible transaction is made on 20th September 2023 and earns 500 points, the points will remain valid until 19th March 2024.
Q: 7. What is the value of 1 point?
1 Point = Re.1 across all redemption platforms. This value is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
Q: 8. What is Soundarya milestone coupon?
Starting October 30th 2024 milestones points which are awarded on climbing a tier have been changed to single-use coupons from the earlier simple point allocation. These milestone coupons can be used online or at our exclusive stores against your certain minimum purchase values (see table below). These coupons will be valid for 15 days from the date of their issuance.

Q: 10. When will the milestone coupons be credited?
The milestone coupons will be credited based on the below table within 24 hours of achieving the milestone.

Q: 11. How can I use Milestone Coupons?
Online Redemption Process:
- Visit www.forestessentialsindia.com and add your favourite products to the cart.
- Post adding products, proceed to the checkout page
- Fill your address details and click on proceed to payment
- On the Payment page, select “Soundarya Coupon” and input your personal coupon number received by Email or SMS. Click on Redeem.
- Validate a coupon with the OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID and follow the rest of the process for a successful checkout.
Store Redemption Process:
- Choose your favourite products and visit our billing desk.
- Inform the store staff at the billing desk about your coupon
- Share your coupon code with our Representative. Please note that screenshots and/or forwarded messages with coupons are not valid. We need the original coupon registered against your customer ID / mobile number for you to redeem it.
Q: 12. I have recently become a member and have made a single large purchase which took me to a higher tier. I skipped tiers. Why have I not received the milestone coupons for every tier I skipped?
If you bypass a tier, you will not be eligible to get the milestone coupon for all the tiers that you have bypassed. However, the points you earn for that transaction are as per the earning slab of the tier in which you land. For example, if you land in the ‘Silver’ tier, you will not get the Bronze milestone, but you will get the Silver milestone and the transaction will earn at the 2% accrual rate enjoyed by the Silver tier. The above is applicable with respect to any tier bypasses that you do.
Q: 13. What is the validity of my tier?
You can enjoy the benefits of your current tier for a period of 1 year from when you joined your tier, provided you spend the minimum amount required for that tier during that period. For example, if your last purchase was on 20th September 2023, your tier is valid until 19th September 2024.
If you make no further purchases after 20th September 2023, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your current tier till 19th September 2024. On 20th September 2024 however, you will be moved to the lower tier if your purchases till that date continue to be zero.
In order to retain your tier, you would have to shop for the minimum retention value required to stay in your current tier. Tier eligibility spends are mentioned in the table below.

Q: 14. Can I earn points for Forest Essentials purchases on Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Duty Free stores etc?
Purchases made on any external partner website or store will not be eligible for point accrual. Only purchases made on www.forestessentialsindia.com and the Forest Essentials exclusive stores will be eligible for point accrual.
Q: 15. Will I earn points on a transaction where I am also redeeming my points?
Yes, points will be awarded on the differential amount which has been paid via cash, card or UPI. The amount redeemed via points will not be eligible for point accrual. Points redeemed against promotional purchases will not be eligible for points accrual. Any amount in a transaction that is paid for via a coupon or gift card is not eligible for accrual.
Q: 16. Can I earn points for purchases made before enrollment?
Points accrual on purchases made before you enrolled in the Forest Essentials Soundarya Club program will not be possible. You will be eligible for point accrual only on transactions that are captured with your registered mobile number and email ID against them.
Q: 17. Are there any limitations to the number of points that I can redeem?
There are no limitations on the number of points that can be redeemed against a single transaction. Any changes to this policy can be made with immediate effect without prior intimation, at the sole discretion of the management.
Q: 18. Can I use my points in conjunction with promotional discounts?
Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional discounts. You cannot redeem points in the same transaction as the redemption of a milestone coupon, a gift card, a promo code, a Gift With Purchase offer or any other offers and coupons being run by the brand at their sole discretion.
Q: 19. How do I personalise my profile?
Personalisation of your profile is possible by logging into your account on www.forestessentialsindia.com and updating your missing account details. The brand may also request for personalisation of your profile via SMS and emailers as part of profile completion process.
Q: 20. What happens to the points and benefits I have earned if my membership is terminated?
In cases of membership termination, the membership ceases to exist in the system and cannot be reactivated again. Unfortunately, you lose all benefits and points.
Q: 21. Can my membership to Soundarya Club expire if I don’t shop for a long time?
Memberships do not expire, but the tier allocated to you will be subject to downgrade based on your purchase behaviour with the brand.
Q: 22. Why have my coupon or points disappeared?
Coupons or points will be removed from your account when their validity expires.
Points earned against eligible purchases are valid for 180 days from the day the specific purchase was made.
Coupons and points under promotions or offers will expire as per their stated expiry timelines.

Q: 23. I placed an order online, but no points have been added to my account yet. Is something wrong?
In case points have not been credited for your order, you can reach out to our customer service team. Please send us an email at service@forestessentialsindia.com and send us a photograph of your store purchase invoice or your online order number.
Please note that transactions during an offer period are not eligible for point accrual. Please refer to Q.15 for more details.
Q: 24. Can I return or exchange an item purchased with points?
Products or items purchased via points will be eligible for exchange and return as per the brand guidelines. You may refer to this link for more details on exchange and refund: https://www.forestessentialsindia.com/payment-policy#returnpolicy.
Q: 25. Can my membership be terminated?
The membership can be terminated without prior notice and at the sole discretion of management under the following scenarios:
- On Customer Request: In case you wish to discontinue your membership with us, you can write to us at service@forestessentialsindia.com, chat with us via the chat feature available on our website, or call us at +918010200666. In case a call is missed, we endeavor to reach out to you within 24 hours (barring Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays). Emails are usually responded to within 24 hours (barring Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays). The termination request would be completed and fulfilled in 7 working days.
- Identification of Fraud: In case a customer profile is identified to be committing fraud or malpractice, the account will be deactivated, and all benefits will be withdrawn with immediate effect.
Q: 26. May I share my account or points and benefits with someone else?
No, unfortunately, your points are not transferrable from one account to another. There is an OTP verification which is sent to your registered mobile number and email ID, and only once that is confirmed to the store staff or online can the points be redeemed.
Q: 27. How do I unsubscribe from Soundarya emailers?
You can unsubscribe to emailers by writing to us at service@forestessentialsindia.com or care@forestessentialsindia.com, by calling us on +918010200666, or chatting with us from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm IST (Mon-Fri). It usually takes 48-72 hours to process the request from the time our team responds to you. We intend to respond to all queries within 24 hours from the time the query or request is raised (Mon-Fri).
