Amla
Nourishes, softens, and adds a resilient lustre
Cardamom
Its spicy aroma promotes a feeling of well being and harmony. When applied to the skin, it has stimulating and warming properties.
Green Tea

- You can apply the aluminium free Bitter Orange & Cinnamon Natural Deodorant that reduces unpleasant odours, helping you feel fresh and dry through your workout.
- Use the Ayurvedic Anti-Bacterial Hand Sanitizer to ensure clean hands before and after your workout.
POST-WORKOUT
- For a post-workout regime, cleanse the face again with the Delicate Facial Cleanser, followed by the refreshing Shower Gel for the body, if you have the time.
- To cleanse the hair of sweat and dirt build-up from your workout, apply the Amla, Honey & Mulethi Sulphate Free Hair Cleanser.
