Payment Policy
Fee for Expert Consultation
As our team of expert researchers, formulators and Ayurvedic doctors painstakingly analyse, decode and solve each skin concern, your history and skin characteristics, we find we will need to charge a small fee of INR 2000/- for the consultation service, as otherwise as per the overwhelming response we have received, it will be impossible to ascertain anyone who genuinely wishes to access this service.
The INR 2000/- consultation fee will be reimbursed to you once we receive payment for the confirmed order of your customized cream. The reimbursement will be made to your original mode of payment and will reflect between 7-10 working days.
Price of the final Customized Cream
As the cream will be customized uniquely for you, the final price of the cream depends on the formulation that will be recommended for your unique skin type and concerns. This will be determined after you pay the consultation fee and fill out the questionnaire available on our website, our experts will then arrange for a call with you to understand your requirements and preferences, and then basis meticulous research our expert formulators will present a custom formula for you, which will include the price details of the cream.
Once we present our findings, the composition of the cream, and the pricing to you, the decision to purchase the cream will be completely at your discretion.
If you choose to go ahead with the formulation we will reimburse the consultation fee of INR 2000/- charged earlier, after we have received payment for your customized cream order. Alternatively, if you choose not to proceed with the order of the cream, the consultation fee will not be reversed.
Accepted Modes of Payment
We accept the following modes of payment online:
- Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX)
- Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD/RUPAY)
- Net Banking (Select Banks)
- Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Free Charge, Ola Money, HDFC PayZapp)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any other UPI provider)
Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.
The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd.
Please Note:
Cash on Delivery payments for Customized Creams will not be accepted.
Soundarya Loyalty Club points or Forest Essentials gift cards cannot be redeemed for payment of Customized Creams.
Return/Exchange Policy
Can I Return/Exchange or get a Refund on The Customized Cream?
As the cream is completely customized to suit your specific needs, we will not be able to entertain any returns, refunds or exchanges on this product.
Payment Security
All transactions at Forest Essentials Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Forest Essentials Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.
You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.
What is a CVV/CVC?
The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card, in the signature area.
Shipping Policy
How long will it take to deliver the customized cream?
The cream should be ready to dispatch to you within 21 days from the date we receive your payment. Given the Covid-19 situation and the national lockdown we will not be able to give you the exact date of delivery, we ask you to kindly bear with us on this.
Are you delivering Customized Creams internationally?
Due to Covid-19 safety protocols, this service is available for orders only across India, USA, UK, and UAE. We plan to open this up to international orders at the earliest and will intimate you when we do so.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Forest Essentials Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Forest Essentials Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

How To Place An Order For A Customized Cream?
STEP 1 – TAKE OUR SKIN QUIZ
After making the payment of INR 2000/-, we will immerse you into the Forest Essentials universe, introducing you to our expert created questionnaire. You will then fill out the questionnaire specially designed to find the perfect ingredients and formulas for your skin.
STEP 2 – OUR AYURVEDA EXPERT WILL CALL YOU
Through personalised communication, we analyse your responses, your history and characteristics to formulate the most appropriate cream for you, of maximum benefit.
STEP 3 - YOUR CUSTOM FORMULA IS PRESENTED
Our expert formulators and designated R&D team process your answers to determine a unique blend of clean, active ingredients needed to address your specific needs, and preferences.
The formulation will be presented to you along with the final price of the cream. It will be at your discretion to proceed with the cream or not at this step.
Once we receive your confirmation and the payment, we will proceed to prepare your customized formulation.
STEP 4 - YOUR CUSTOM FORMULA ARRIVES
Once created, your formula will be delivered right to your door along with a personalized regimen card including what is recommended to be used before and after your cream to suit your skin the best.
